            The BAC Home Loans Purchase Addendum  and  Mold/Water Damage Disclosure will be required as part of the transaction.  They will be completed and provided to you after acceptance of the offer.

       If the buyer intends to finance the property they must submit a Bank of America pre-approval letter with the offer.  The buyer may obtain financing through any lender of choice but if financed through Bank of America they will receive free credit reports and appraisal.
